QUEZON CITY MAYOR Joy Belmonte is making sure that preparation for the the President’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) today, July 28, at the Batasan in the city is in order and secured. The Quezon City Law and Order Cluster and other government agencies are coordinated, prepared and ready to ensure that everything goes well.
